Founder, President
Reymond NJINGTI BUDI is a guest scholar (Gastwissenschaftler), postdoctoral research fellow and DAAD scholarship holder at Universität Kassel in Germany. His current study borders on indigenous agency, collective memory and trauma in colonial context. Dr Budi has a nascent but bumper research and professional credential. He is an active researcher (with over seventeen scientific publications bordering on diverse themes), a professional teaching fellow, a consultant in civil peace and a certified human rights advocate. Dr Budi is driven by the passion to use research as a tool for peace, justice and development in communities, especially in Africa. He is also founder and president of the Global Research Association through which he has been driving this vision since 2017.
Senior Vice President
Freedom Anweidong Mbun is an accomplished child advocate and the founder of Equipping the next Generation. Driven by a proven passion for children’s rights and an unrepentant commitment to humanitarian works, Freedom is on mission to mainstream education in humanitarian interventions and provide durable solutions to the underprivileged communities while engaging with different stakeholders to provide livelihood solutions to children and humanity. Freedom also possesses an attraction for interdisciplinary studies which is reflected in her academic achievements spanning across a master’s degree in legal studies and online certified courses in related fields of humanity, public speaking and communication, development issues, peace and culture. Her plans reflect an unreserved dedication to promoting the rights of children and young people while looking for challenging opportunities and positions in humanitarian works, development, education, communication, research and corporate works all aimed at assisting and contributing to the quality of life and societal development.
Communications
Clinton Tumenta is a dedicated Communication enthusiast trained at the Advanced School of Mass Communication (ASMAC) Yaoundé, Cameroon with a strong passion for research and project development. His academic background in mass communication has equipped him with the necessary skills to excel in the field of research. His academic pursuits have provided him with a solid foundation in communication strategies, research methodologies, and project development. Clinton’s enthusiasm for research drives his academic endeavors and professional aspirations. He is committed to exploring new ideas, conducting thorough investigations, and contributing valuable insights to the field of mass communication through his research projects. Clinton Tumenta possesses the expertise to conceptualize, plan, and execute various initiatives effectively. His experience in this area complements his research interests and enhances his ability to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
Legal Assistant
Cyril Nsahngong Nformi is a young practicing advocate with legal training that was ignited at The University of Bamenda, Cameroon where he began his legal studies. The determination to pursue further studies imposed on him the desire to enroll for a postgraduate study, a dream which would later be achieved in 2022 with a master’s degree in law (LLM). As if to marry theory with practice, Nformi joined a law chamber and started training, making baby but significant steps as a pupil advocate. He also has a proven passion for research and community development as testified by his earlier engagement with humanitarian works in Cameroon and an active research spirit that forms the basis of his legal practice.
Secretariat and Accounting Duties
As a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree holder in Accounting, Marvel has developed a strong foundation in financial principles and analytical thinking. During her undergraduate studies, she excelled and honed her proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other software programs. These technical skills have empowered her to efficiently manage data, create impactful presentations, and streamline various administrative and research-related tasks. Furthermore, her experience in research work has equipped me with the ability to investigate complex issues, gather and analyze data, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner. She has demonstrated passion for utilizing these abilities to support the initiatives and objectives of the Global Research Association.
Research and Development Manager
Gilbert Ndzi Ndzi is a Cameroonian who has studied at the Universities of Dschang, Bamenda and Yaoundé I in Cameroon where he obtained his Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations, Postgraduate Professional Teachers Diploma (DIPES II) in history and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in history of international relations respectively. He has hoarded a wealth of knowledge in teaching and research with well over eight years of research experience in the field of history and international relations, social science and community development. Currently, he is the Research and Development Manager at the Global Research Association and is responsible for leading research planning, and implementation of new programs and protocols for the research association. Gilbert is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive and friendly attitude to motivate others to become better versions of themselves. Gilbert is inspired every day by his single mom and the drive in him to be a changemaker in his community and society. In his free time, Gilbert likes to hang out with friends, call his mom, other family relations and read creative stories.

As a dedicated and results-driven researcher and Human Rights enthusiast, Dr. Eugene Muambeh utilizes his expertise in human rights, international law, and sustainable development to drive social change and promote justice. With a solid track record of delivering impactful research and advocacy initiatives, Eugene is committed to empowering marginalized communities and holding those in power accountable. He is passionate about collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that promote human rights, gender equality, and environmental sustainability.
Associate Professor, Advisor
Confidence CHIA NGAM is an Associate Professor of Political History and Vice Dean in charge of admissions and records at the Faculty of Laws and Political Science of the University of Bamenda, Cameroon. With over twenty years of research and teaching experience punctuated with humanitarian involvement, Professor Ngam has distinguished himself as an academic that consistently pursues the coalescence of research works and community development. The mission of the Global Research Association resonates with his idea and life’s goal. He leverages his wealth of experience to shape the activities of the Global Research Association as Advisor.
Research Scientist
Reeves Fokeng is a Research Scientist in remote sensing and land surface dynamics. He obtained an M.Sc in Environmental Geography from the University of Dschang, Cameroon and a PhD in Environmental Geography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Bamenda. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt. He has published dozens of scientific papers in high profile journals across environmental Geography and Remote Sensing. He is passionate about new research orientations on using open source Earth Observation data for decision making process at various spatial scales.
